Pickleball Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

 Organized by Pickleballcorner.de in partnership with RAQT.com / The Pickleball Passport Podcast

 1. Organizer

This giveaway is hosted by Pickleballcorner.de, operated by Sportwerk GmbH, in cooperation with RAQT.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all residents of the European Union, UK, and EFTA countries
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry
  • Employees or direct partners of the organizers are not eligible to win

3. Entry Period

  • The giveaway opens on May 15, 2025, and ends on June 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CET
  • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered

4. How to Enter

To participate, you must:

1.        Follow @pickleballcorner.de and @raqt on Instagram

2.        Like the giveaway post

3.        Enter the country that they’re from als flag emoji in the comments

4.        Tag 1–2 pickleball friends in the comments

5.        (Optional) Share the post in your story and tag us for a bonus entry

5. Prizes

Seven (7) winners will be selected to receive one of the following:

 Each winner will receive one (1) prize, randomly assigned.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries
  • Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 5 days after the giveaway closes
  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Prizes will be shipped free of charge within the EU and UK
  • No cash alternative or exchange available
  • The organizer is not responsible for delivery delays or customs duties (if applicable)

8. Personal Data

  • Personal information (e.g. name, address) will only be collected from winners and used solely to ship the prize
  • No data will be shared with third parties outside of this purpose
